Our favorite reefs ... Lynn's Reef, the Delray Ledges, Finks Grouper Hole with Caribbean Reef Sharks, the Sanctuary, and Mike's Twin Ledges.

Our favorite wrecks ... the Captain Tony (85 feet), the Sea Emperor (70 feet) with tame Sting Rays, the Ancient Mariner (72 feet), the Captain Dan (110 feet), the Rodeo 25 (130 feet), and the Mercedes (97 feet).

The boat diving in our area is world class. Although the reefs are too deep for snorkeling, we have some great beach sites for snorkeling and even limited diving. For details see the section on Beach Sites.

The Diversity is a brand new 30 foot Island Hopper that operates out of the Boca Raton Inlet. Owned and operated by Captain Tony Coulter and his new bride Karen Orsak Coulter, this boat has the speed to range far North and South of the Boca Raton Inlet to some of the best dive sites in the area.

Captain Tony's favorite reef dives are Sea Gate and the Chimneys North of the Boca Raton Inlet and the Sanctuary South of the inlet. Favorite wreck dives are the Noula Express (72 fsw), the Sea Emperor (70 fsw), the Ancient Mariner (72 fsw), and the Rodeo 25 (130 fsw) and for technical diving, the wreck the Hydro Atlantic (172 fsw).

To get to the Diversity, take I95 to exit 37 (Hillsboro Boulevard). Go East on Hillsboro Boulevard to Dixie Highway. Go North two blocks on Dixie Highway. Do not stay on Dixie! Instead, continue North on North Riverside Drive when Dixie heads East across the railroad tracks. Follow North Riverside Drive a few blocks to Pennell's Marina. Look for the dock and the boat on the right hand side of the street. There is ample parking at the dock.

A note on tipping: A 10% to 15 % tip to the dive master is appropriate and very much appreciated.
